Our Story

Where the idompey Journey Began

The story of idompey starts with a simple observation: Malaysian players deserved better. Back in 2021, a team of seasoned gaming industry professionals, fintech developers, and local market specialists came together in Kuala Lumpur with a shared vision — to build an online casino and sportsbook that truly understood the Malaysian player.

Most platforms at the time were built for generic global audiences. Payment options were awkward, customer support barely spoke English let alone Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin, and the game libraries felt disconnected from what Malaysians actually enjoy playing. idompey was founded specifically to fix all of that.

From day one, we integrated local e-wallets like Touch n Go eWallet and Boost, supported Maybank and CIMB direct transfers, and priced everything in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No awkward conversions, no hidden FX fees. Just straightforward, honest gaming in your currency and your language.

Today, idompey serves tens of thousands of registered members across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, offering a curated selection of live baccarat tables, premium slot titles, a comprehensive sportsbook covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, and major esports tournaments.

Our Core Values

The Principles We Play By

idompey isn't just a gaming platform — it's a brand built on principles that put the player first. Every product decision, every policy update, and every support interaction is shaped by these four values.

idompey is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We actively promote responsible gaming and encourage all members to set personal deposit and time limits within their account dashboard.

Transparency

Every game on idompey uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Payout percentages, wagering terms, and bonus conditions are clearly stated — no small-print surprises.

Community

We're proud to be a Malaysian brand. Our promotions celebrate local holidays like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Merdeka Day. We understand Malaysia because we are part of it.

Excellence

From the visual design of our lobby to the millisecond latency on our live tables, idompey obsesses over quality. Our engineering and product teams iterate every week based on real player feedback.

Integrity

idompey enforces strict KYC verification, anti-money-laundering protocols, and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage play. We operate with integrity because your trust is everything.
